Today ROBLOX announced that you can now buy ROBLOX cards in the United Kingdom and Ireland!

This means you can now find ROBLOX cards in the following places:

United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Ireland

Hopefully other players who live in other countries shall seen these soon!
